She is a specialist in change and learning process, with more than 10 years of experience leading Human Resources and Organizational Development projects. She has worked closely with corporations’ executives and first and second level management staff. Lorena is an expert in the design and implementation of leadership programs, team building, and mentoring. She has conducted training workshops and consulting jobs at several of corporations engaged in a wide variety of fields, both in her native Chile and in Peru.
Her work has had an impact on over 50 companies in topics of Organizational Development, stimulating the development of the leadership abilities of over 150 professionals, through individual and group coaching.
Lorena Nuñez holds a degree in Psicology from the University of Chile, as well as a Master in HHRR and Organizational Development from the Universidad del Desarrollo in Chile. She is a certified Executive Coach by the Catholic University of Chile.
