Marco is a Consulting Associate for MOVERE and a Senior Consultant for High Public Administration Management in Chile.
With over 18 years of professional experience in the areas of Personnel Management and Organizational Development, he has provided assistance to more than 50 companies in Chile, Colombia and Argentina in Organizational Management and development of Human Resources, Leadership and Team Building.
He has taught at the Universidad de las Americas, Universidad Mayor, Uniacc and Universidad de Chile.
Marco holds a Master degree in Social Psychology from the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain, and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Chile.
